Sorry if this isn't the appropriate board, but if you were wondering where your HQhair order went, be doubtful it'll ever arrive! After chasing it up, I got this e-mail:

I bought a bunch of stuff in the 30% offer just after Christmas and still don't have it. I don't know what to do about unfulfilled orders, so if anyone else knows..? HQhair are now part of thehut group.
Anyway, hope this helps someone.

thanks, I havent ordered with them ut I'll pass it on
btw, how did you pay for it? if it was a credit card you'll be covered and *I think* your order should be honoured if it was before they went into administration-not 100% sure on that though so fingers crossed0 -
Im glad I didnt do an order, hope you get your money back.I luv freebies0

I know nothing about this store (I comb my hair with a towel) but maybe the quote on this page might offer some comfort to those with outstanding orders:

Specifically:An official statement on the current HQHair situation:Unfortunately HQ Hair went into administration last week. However in a bid to save the brand and the site it has been bought by The Hut Group. At the moment there is a holding site so some brands will not appear but the plan is to relaunch in a big way. HQ was a leader in the online beauty world and we want to keep it that way by investing in the technology and introducing exciting new hard-to-find brands as well as supporting those we currently stock. Please keep with us while we make the transition. All customer orders will be honoured and everyone will be looked after as always.
Kind regard

SPCome on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0
