does anyone know if a company can swap your endowment mortgage to a repayment mortgage without your knowledge or consent?

If you have broken the terms of your mortgage by surrendering an endowment or investment vehicle and no longer have a suitable repayment vehicle in place then they can insist put into force a move to repayment mortgage.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
