Up front payment

I am trying to get some sort of a loan for a new car and i have just gone on the black horse loan website and filled out the form anyway i have just had a phone call saying i had been accepted and the money would be in my account in 3 - 5 working days but before it could be completed i would have to pay £59 upfront as they are loan brokers. I told them i was not happy about paying money upfront and that could they not take the money after i have recieved my loan in which they refused.
Maybe it is reading too much on this site:A but i have phoned them and told them i do not want the loan and for them to remove all my details as i am not happy with paying upfront.
Looking into the phone number it is best4loans but when i phone them the website they give you to contact them it my loan app.

Does anyone know of a good loan company for a £5,000 loan for a car my credit rating is not good so i am expecting a higher interest rate:D

Eh? The http://www.blackhorse.co.uk/ website is charging you a £60 upfront fee? I would not agree to an upfront fee for a loan - if yopu had spare cash, you wouldn't be needing a loan, eh? Perhaps agree to pay when the loan comes through and you have some money? Or try the usual loan comparison sites.

No chance of 5k if you have bad credit already.

Your bank would be your only chance.

If you have given out your bank details you have already paid the money, keep an eye on your bank balance.

Good companies generally don't deal with people with poor credit histories, they dont like the thought of not getting their money back like the rest if the companies which led to the poor rating.

If you can't find a dealer to source an agreement secured on the car, you will have to look at 500 pound bangers.
  • I don't know what website OP went on but he has been scammed if he pays an upfront fee.

I doubt the call was from black horse. No doubt passed the open details on to bottom feeders
