With such a small number of homes on the market I think the survey is somewhat flawed. That said, I would expect house prices to pick up in the New Year/early spring as people look to move up/down.
Once the effects of the ConDems slash and burn policy hits home, prices will almost certainly fall but, with huge unemployment and higher taxes/energy costs for all, less people will be able to buy a home of their own.
