yup, i did this in july & after submitting a query with quidco, they finally paid up in january & said that there's a delay with this merchant. so be prepared that it might take a while longer

Its definitely worth doing it but you just have to be prepared to wait a long time to get the cash back.
I think i bet £20 and got £!9.40 back so even if we never get the cash back only 60p was lost, but if i do i will of made £54.40 so there's no real reason not to give it a go.
