Does anyone know how much it is for outline planning permission in the craigavon area?
Site is around 1/3 of an acre.

Looks like its £237 for 0.1 of a hectre. I applied for planning permission a few years ago, was £200 per 0.1 of a hectre and our planning consultant put in for a site 0.13 (I think) of a hectre rather than the whole field, if you know what I mean. He said that allowed for a house and a bit of a garden in the eyes of the planners. Worked out at £400 anyway.
Hope this helps.0
