Silentnight Oakleigh mattress

Right, I have ordered the Argos offer Silentnight Oakleigh mattress as we need a new one but although all the reviews on Argos are fantastic for this mattress I have read a lot of negative comments that it doesn't last long and is knackered after a year.

As I have still got time to cancel my order would anyone who has owned one of these like to give me their honest opinion about what it's like long term - I would be particularly interested to hear any positive comments from long-term owners!

Can't advise on the mattress but doesn't Argos offer a 1 year guarantee on all their products? With that being the case if it starts to deteriorate within the year then get a refund.

Getting opinions on mattresses would be never ending I would've thought as it's a matter of personal comfort. For everyone who loves this mattress you'll probably find someone who hates it.

What you have to remember with reviews is that they are usually left within a week of delivery. There isn't usually a problem with comfort when new. Most of the problems I have seen reported are with long term reliability.
