Agreed - there are Elemis gift sets that they claim are half price, but these are the same prices everywhere else has had them for as the normal price, and even less in the sales.

Be careful with lookfantastic, just a couple of months ago they didn't send people orders, wouldn't respond to emails and it took a lot of trouble and time to get a refund, all because people used money-off codes from this forum. It didn't even matter if you were someone who had actually been sent the code by lookfanstastic. I'll never shop there again.

I got my refunds from them by posting messages on their FB page after I gave up emailing them. Don't think they liked the bad press;)

Won't ever order from them again either.

In fairness, the orders were made as a result of a glitch (they send a discount code but with no minimum spend, someone posted it on here....suddenly every other person made an order!)

Yes they should have prepared for this and made all orders or informed customers otherwise but in terms of being a ligit company they are. I have used them a few times before and no problems aside from when I used the glitched code and then my order took a bit longer then normal. They did send an apology email, after I had got my delivery! But I did get my order fine.

I used them last week without any problems. Placed order Sunday lunchtime and it arrived Tuesday morning - free delivery. Didn't use any codes though so maybe that's why it was all straightforward. I price searched extensively before I ordered the 4 products (Aveda haircare) and they were the best I could find.
