Hi
Has anyone had any problems recently with ASDA grocery online.
Usually i keep adding over a week or so till i am ready to checkout and book a slot.
Today my basket was empty, so i added all i could remember back in earlier today have just checked again and it is empty again, not sure why, anyone else had the same problem ?
Thanks

Add me to the list as well. It's only my second online shop with them so I wasn't sure if I was remembering correctly but I was sure the first time it kept stuff in my basket.0

This has also happened to me several times. I find it really annoying and when this happens and you have to add your shopping all over again it takes nearly as long as going to the shop!!!!!0

happens every so often
thats why i start my list in mysupermarket.com
and then finalize it in asda itself0 -
Yes this has happened to me as well!! Also I keep getting 'website currently unavailable' when I try to look at more products in any category. Gave up trying yesterday to do my shopping!!!The victims we know so well
They shine in your eyes
When they kiss and tell
Strange places we never see
But you're always there

This just happened to me. Decided to do my first online grocery shop and spent the past two hours adding to my trolley. Just went to check out after eating my dinner and it's now showing empty grrr. I can't be bothered to do it again now, looks like I'll be ordering from Tesco or somewhere instead.0

Below the shopping trolley there is an option to save to a shopping list which might be worth using while it's playing up. When you go on next time you can go to the shopping list tick all the boxes and it will go back in the trolley for you to add to, then save again.0
