    Yup, checked that with them, as long as I am under the maximum amount given for that year then will allow it to be increased, but it can take 48 hours to happen.
    I have just reduced mine for the first time in a year from £784 to £700, you should be able to reduce it by which ever amount suits you.

    I just cut mine down by another £100, was planning to do it monthly but got paid for some extra holidays I didn't take in work so I used that to pay some off as well :T

    Generally feeling much better about the situation now I've actually bothered to address it...
