hi i have a shared equity of 25% 75% i all ready have a mortgage on the 75% but in four years time i need to buy the 25% or i will get charged interest
i just want to know what would be the best way to pay it i think i will be able to save 50% of it then the other 50% what do i do remortgage and use any equity or can i buy it with a mortgage? thanks
