Hello everyone
I have finally canceled my Debt Plan with Churchwood and couldnt belive I was paying £38 a month to them. When I joined them the fee was £25.
Anyways im in the process of getting all my stuff sent of to cccs so dont think my first payment will be till 1st March , so I was wondering ?
I have 10 Creditors and do I just sent a cheque off for the same payment that churchwood would send them for Febuary payment as cccs is not starting till 1st March

Hi K,
I would definitely send the agreed payments to the creditors yourself for February, as some of them can get nasty when payments are missed.
Good luck

Hi K,
Yes, I would send exactly the same payments the companies were receiving from churchwood, but it would do no harm to confirm this with the cccs.If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
