I am think of getting a mortgage for the first time later in the year. i was wondering does what i have actually bought on my credit card affect my chances of getting a mortgage.??

Your mortgage application will need you to declare if you have an outstanding balance on your credit card and they will take that into account in working out what they will lend you.
They will not look at where you spent the money or what on.Debt at highest: £8k. Debt Free 31/12/2009. Original MFD May 2036, MF Dec 2018.0 -
