Forumite advice and experience sought regarding changing solicitor (to fee or no win no fee) whilst in the middle of a personal injury claim against a driver / motor insurer initiated & funded by a conditional fee arrangement?
The solicitor has drawn out the process beyond 3 years now and despite liability being admitted without litigation some time ago, is still procuring consultants, medicos, barristers etc.
The practice has had a history of employing lawyers who are now convicted criminals.
Any advice or gotchas and caveats or approaches to expedite conclusion and financial award.
Thankyou.
