    This is not a good idea; anything 'added' to your mortgage is a secured loan.
    If you really do have a good crecit rating then you may be better off getting a 0% credit card or low life of balance card to transfer some or all of the debt to.

    If i pay loan off early i will be charged £200
  • Seems a reasonable rate for the amount. However no one on here can tell you what to do.
