will default on mortgage this month , what will happen

My mortgage is due to go out tomorrow and i am overdrawn to the max :( what will happen? this has never happened before, first time in 5 years.

    thanks, do you think i should ring them up and let them know? im £1000 overdrawn on a agreed overdraft. the bank im with is the same supplier for my mortgage.

  • who's ur mortgage lender? some lenders your mortgage is not classed as arrears until the 1st of the next month altho you would be charged a failed DDI

    im with hsbc. so if i was to pay before 1st i would cover the arrears?

    Some lenders will attempt to take the payment again in 10 days or so.

    First thing to do is let them know it will be missed.

    Only HSBC can tell you what will happen. Pick up the phone asap
