Does anyone use Food Focus as a calorie counter and diet log?

If so, what do you think about the nutritional information, do you feel it is accurate. I ask as I have found it very useful but tend to try to double check amounts on other sites as you never know. However, what I dont check is the proportion of calories assigned to fat/protein/carbs and today out of interest I was browsing different foods and was looking at mushrooms. Their information has RAW mushrooms as having around 9% of their total calories from fat!! Not only did I not believe this but checked other sites and found that this is not true.
