Had wondered about the redundancy thing as they might then quey how much I'm getting...but presume they can't?

Think I've got snowball calculators and it's something silly like 6 years by time it would possibly be paid back.
    £29,500+ of debt cleared Jul 2010 >> Dec 2011.....
Now facing same again with £65,000
  • Thinking of saying this:

This offer of full and final settlement is being made from a relative, only on the basis that it clears off the debt in full and is not a contribution to the outstanding balance. This offer is time bound and payment can be made within one month of receiving your written agreement to this offer and the method of payment.

    rather than:

This offer of full and final settlement is being made from part of a redundancy payment

as they may seek to get more of what is a higher amount. I'd intend paying it froma 3rd part/relative anyway.
