    Hope you're doing ok. Well done on the slight drop in cigarettes, hope you keep it up. My father in law has smoked (rollups) since he was a child and despite having not smoked for 9 months or so cos he's not allowed where he is, he's still asking.

    Well done for cutting down on the diet coke too.

    these two things are a good start. (and moneysaving!:T) Doing things at your own pace is important, so your body can learn new habits that will last.


    PS the blood type diet if you look into it is very different from other 'diets', you take as much or as little of it as you like, do things in your own way. What it can do is highlight the foods that are absolutely the worst for you, and the ones that are the best.
