urm... i am here!
I am telling you what i know! Yes he is spending the money on 'stuff'... but i am not a nag so i don't ask questions constantly (it's his money not mine as long as the rent comes in i'm fine! but i'd like to be able to help him out with any info that might be useful), he wants to take the route of a loan ideally to get out of the hole he is in so i leave him to it, but any advice is appreciated.
i was asking advice more about if people living in this flat before's bad credit could effect us.. it'll affect me too if i ever need credit etc at the end of the day.0
