This seems to discount 5 day postage to £1-75 unless you spend a certain amount, or maybe buy more than one item.
For 5-99 book set it told me 1-75 when I increased quantity to 2 it became free.7 Angel Bears for LovingHands Autumn Challenge. 10 KYSTGYSES. 3 and 3/4 (ran out of wool) small blanket/large square, 2 premie blankets, 2 Angel Claire Bodywarmers0 -
Just had my order through and one of my books was damaged. I phoned the CS line and they said they would send me another one through and apologised. They didn't say if I needed to return the other one, just that the new one should arrive in 5-7days.
Do you think I need to return the damaged book or do I just keep it? It was a prezzie for my mum but would be ncie if I could keep the damaged one.0 -

This happened to me once with Amazon and I got to keep the damaged book, wait and see what is stated on the invoice/order form when you receive your next copy. Someone else may already have had this is may be able to help you more. My undamaged book made a nice prezzie for one of my friends. I kept the damaged one.The damage would have annoyed me when I'd paid the going rate for it but when it became a freebie it didn't seem to matter much. lolWhy pay full price when you may get it YS
