When you have added the chocolate bar to the basket - click on basket top right hand side, DO NOT click on checkout bottom right or you will not be able to enter CHALLENGE in the code box. You will need to re-enter your address twice but you do not need to enter any card details.
It took me about 7 minutes to go through the whole process - the site is terribly slow - but I AM going to get my free choccie bar now.

It told me to register an account, I tried to, it won't let me tick the conditions box. Is it broken or are Cadburys being sneaky?:D0

I didn't have to register an account, just put in my email address.
They're not being sneaky, I think they're being Krafty 0
