I have a mortgage I pay for already with a x partner and my kids. I want to buy another house and get a mortgage with my girlfriend buy have a 3000 on credit cards, which I will pay off this month. Is it possible to get a mortgage with the debt I have

It depends. What's your income, the level of your present mortgage, the size of mortgage you want to get, and the level of deposit you have saved? Check your credit file too.0

Not particularly, but if you have a high income, no debts and are looking at a low salary multiple you will find it easier. Without knowing the level of your deposit, income and amount of total borrowing your'e looking at, it is impossible to say0
