Apart from the basic fact that you are paying him 15% when this money could go directly to your debt if you went through CCCS or PayPlan and so pay off the debts more quickly?
With all due respect, of course ADS are going to plug a few bad things about CCCS and PayPlan. They want you to stay with them so that you will pay them.
I personally have no experience of DMPs with CCCS/Payplan or a fee charging company .... but the experience of members here shows that CCCS/Payplan are good to go with.
