Quick question:What is the turnover that defines "A Small Company"

Well the 2006 Act certainly superceeds the 1985 one, there's no denying that.

Definitely a small company so I think I will have to rely on the ATOL guarantee - that seems OK.

[There used to be an accountant who specialised in liquidations; he did a comedy turn about the signs of approaching bankruptcy: Things like more than one flag pole in the car park.
The ten signs were a more reliable indicator than 18 month of rear view mirror figures,
prepared by a good chef.

Aplogies; I made the assumption that Companies house would have updated their guides to the most up to date legislation. Obviously that was an assumption too far.:(
