Hi all,
Was wondering if anybody could help.
Quite a bit back now I was in a financial mess and my credit history was severley punished.
My finances are now stable but I have a few items that are coming out of my wages monthly and will take a lot of years to pay off and are on on my credit file.
I tried to apply for a catalogue to improve my credit rating slightly but was refused.
What i want to do is get a loan to pay all the debts remaining on my credit file and make a few home improvements to my home.
I have about £20,000 equity in my home and would need about 10k.
Any ideas?

Hi
How bad is your credit file at the moment? do you have CCJs? defaults? How much do your currently owe?
What is the value of your property and what is the current mortgage value? (£20k equity on a £200k property is quite different to £20k in a £80k property).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0
