Freezing xmas pudding mix?

Hi can anyone tell me if its possible to freeze xmas pudding mix (uncooked) if that makes sense, just that im not going to have time to cook another one 2day and I didnt want to through away the mix

    Personally you dont need to throw(!) it away- it probably has alcohol in it which will help preserve it Cover the bowl with clingfilm and leave in a cool place until you are ready to do it.

    My mixture which I made today has to be left overnight any way. If you made it today I'm sure it'll be OK in a covered bowl. BTW if you have a slow cooker you can cook them in that, then you don't have to keep checking the water and the kitchen doesn't steam up.

    Please don't freeze it. It's such a lovely rich mixture - well, it should be. Might be a good idea to leave it for a couple of days, stir it and put in the bowl/s and cook it. On the day you can heat it by the pressure cooker method or in a pan with water and something to stand the bowl on - the bowl must be sealed. The best one I ever made was by Brian Turner. All I remember was that it contained cider and the taste was really something special.
