    My sister bought me My Fitness Coach - Dance Workout for Christmas and its FANTASTIC! :)

    Get a really good workout with the sessions but doesn't really feel like it cos you're too busy dancing and having fun - would recommend it :) x

    No you don't need the wii fit balance board to play it. It asks you what additional equipment you have (balance board, resistance band etc), so if you have them it will incorporate extra exercises that make use of them. But the game is designed so you don't NEED anything apart from a Wii and the game.
