kids type hampers reduced again john lewis

Hello all
I bought 4 of the felt houses - BUT was not happy, the contents are NOT the same as illustrated or detailed. Mine was a red synthetic felt house. Plus it did not say that contents or colours may vary and beware as it is a food item you can not return it. It is not worth the money - but I have to say their customer services, Waitrose in Bracknell were very nice and helpful when they phoned me after complaining to John Lewis. I am getting a letter of apology in the post.

before xmas i ordered 2 reduced xmas cakes at £12.50 each and a small tree - when they arrived the cakes had slid of base and decorations had come loose - I phoned about returns and explained why and he refunded me on the phone and said keep both cakes as it wasnt worth them having them back - superb service.
