Is Santander's New Year Resolution Not Paying Interest?

Hi,
First, thread title sounds a little bit dramatic, sorry for that!
I usually receive interest on my Santander current account on the 11th of every month but this month (Jan 2011) I have not seen anything show up - today is the 14th and I am wondering if this is another mistake on their part?
Anyone else's interest late/missing?

Yes ours was missing too.
I found a list of interest rates where they say that they do not pay credit interest on Premier current account. It was dated November but I still received interest in November and December.
I suspect it is just more evidence of their poor service.0
