My husband and I had a small business and both completed tax returns each year. I also was employed and payed/pay PAYE. Now my husband has retired early and I am just employed, and the business is no more. Will we still need to complete tax forms each year?

If you have been asked to complete SA forms in writing by HMRC then you need to. It is always worth writing to them, explaining your circumstances and asking to be taken off the database.Hideous Muddles from Right Charlies0
