Princess Pamper Party for 3 and 4 year old

My friend and I are considering having a joint birthday party for our daughters (3 and 4).
I thought we could maybe have a princess pamper party in my flat as money is very tight and venue prices are out of reach.
Does anyone have any ideas for games/activites etc - as cheaply as possible.
I am also going to do their hair and maybe glitter tattoos etc for the pamper bit.
I thought non-alcoholic cocktails and strawberries / marshmallows in melted chocolate would go down well. But any other ideas for princess food would be great.
Thanks in advance.

Pink glitter jelly, pink wafer biscuits, pink cupcakes, cream cheese on crackers with a tomato 'crown', crown shaped sarnies, pink plastic goblets, disney princess cake, i put chocolate on marshmallows, then drizzle in white choc and sprinkle with edible/non toxic glitter. get cheap jewellery sets for goody bags, with balloons on sticks, pink bubbles, u can pick up a lot off ebay. buy a box of cheap plastic 'gems' the girl that finds the most is the winner, pass the parcel, musical thrones, pin the crown on the princess etc, then have a princess dvd they could watch to wind down.0
