Appalling service from Acenden Cowboys!!

How do Acenden get away with it??? Acenden Mortgage Servicing Specialists (previously Capstone, previously London Mortgage Services) have you waiting for over twenty minutes on an 0845 number and then fine you £25 for being nine days late with your payment!! if you are two weeks late, then a £115 litigation kicks in. Please FSA, screw the b.............s! Any guesses as to the next name??

sorry TrickyDicky but aren't you stating the obvious???? There is normally a reason for people paying late, they don't normally just forget, or dont feel like paying it on that particular day just to be awkward.
Peterskinsky they have had that name since 2007 it has just been sat in a cupboard waiting to come out, in otherwords when the sh--hit the fan and people got to know what scheming, robbing, lying, toerags Capstone were then they could miraculously rebrand and start again all squeaky clean. I could go on about this lot forever there is an actual site dedicated to helping the victims of Ascenden/Capstone/SPPl if you just type in Acenden it should come up in the list. Lets just put it this way this company is out to make money out of you what ever it takes, they wont to load on the charges and get you in court they will then lie about yu in court the judge ends up believing them and you end up with a suspended repo hanging over you and hopefully you will just give in and give them your house and then they will still chase you for ever after that. Their policies are unlawful and they are rotten to the core, i just hope sometime soon they get shut down. They are vultures.
