In my local tescos this morning they were doing a BOGOF on Nestles Kit Kat and Nestles Doubles easter eggs RRP £1.99 each - the staff were grabbing them before they went off shift. The checkout operator told me the eggs were on a BOGOF to clear the shelves.0

It seems that you were very lucky to get this offer. I have just returned from an investigation at my local Tesco in Folkestone and have been told that this is all a mix up! The eggs in question are large, are were on sale at the RRP of £6.99 and bogof until today. Then for some reason they were out down to £1.99 each. I was told by the customer services lady that she had no idea why they were so cheap but that they had been removed from bogof due to this reduction. You must have been so lucky to get two £6.99 eggs for £1.99, I was gutted when they weren't as cheap in my tesco! She also seemed to think they would be back to £6.99 tomorrow??0 -
Leicester Market, on the sweet stall, 5 eggs for a fiver - spongebob squarepants or scooby doo, 8 creme eggs for £1, 2 bags of mini eggs for £1. They also had whole boxes of easter eggs, cant remember think they were smarties, sure people were buying them for about 7 quid. There are also 'bigger' eggs for a couple of quid each, like maltesers and chocolate orange.Member no.1 of the 'I'm not in a clique' group :rotfl:

I've finally bought mine, I went for the 95g to 105g in the end. They were on offer in sainsburys, buy three for £2.50 and you can mix cadbury and nestle together. They had plenty of choice, meach contains a normal size easter egg and one single choc ie a packet of buttons, smarties, milkyway magic stars ect. Got six for a fiver, works out at 83p each!!0

yep my Tesco also has mint aero, Kit Kat and Nestles Doubles large eggs for £1.99 this evening - they've got loads at the moment so i suppose they could go down again. I guess they're closed on Easter Day itself. Also £2.50 for two £1.99 eggs (several different types)0

Was in local Sainsbury's tonight and was going for the 3 for 2 mix and match deal on 95-105g eggs when one of the staff pointed out that the Cadbury Creme Egg Minis easter egg 98g had gone down. Got 3 for £1, worked out 33p each! You can't even buy a normal creme egg for this. Got 12Being powerful is being like a lady.....if you have to say it you ain't!0
