Just having a browse through the bargains and fell on this one. Not for me sadly but thought I'd post it anyway as it might help somebody out! :D

P.S. Did a quick search but way too many Argos posts to trudge through so my sincerest apologies if it has already been posted!!! X

Edit: Also reduction for the iPod touch 3G pack £9.99

Who in their right mind would pay £50 for that anyway?
At £5 the price is about right, but not what I would call a bargain - its all tat!

Still, it might help someone out eh? Rather have the 'tat' as you call it for five quid than scratch up an expensive iPod. Actually to be fair, when you factor in sale prices, in 'some' cases it only brings the price back down to where it perhaps should have been in the first place.

Exactly, you would pay £5 at a push for tat, but not £50 :P Mind you, for people daft enough to pay Apple's huge prices I guess they just think they can see you coming :)

How right you are..put a name on it and charge a fortune. Me, I have a cheap leather cover for my iPad, purchased in Beijing for peanuts and it does the same job as an Apple one. :rotfl:

question from a thicky, my mum got a nano for christmas and she wants a screen protector + case just hasn't got round to getting one, but looking at the picture on argos, hers is different, its a little square thing rather than a rectangle, is the picture wrong or is it a different thing?:o

Ah! I think (someone will correct me if I'm wrong) the new nanos are square, the older models rectangle, that accounts for the heavily reduced prices, I bet.

yeah it sounds like your mum has the new model nno which is a lot smaller. if you have an ebay account just buy the screen protectors off there. they range from around £1-£2. If you dont have an ebay account see if you can get someone who does have them to buy it for you
:confused:I say im a moneysaver, my family think im a cheapskate!
