Anyone else taking Lionbridge Exam next week?

  • I gave the exams but then they asked for a re-test which i could not pass. I believe the volume of applications they receive is just too much. They do not tell you the exam marks you received. Some of the questions asked were vague, its answer could be either way. They make you sign some documents like search waiver, etc before the exams which I find is queer. Better be looking for other jobs rather than home working.

    Hi everyone,

I am currently working as an Internet Assessor in the UK. I just have a few questions I was hoping some of you may be able to answer:
    1) I only joined in January, when will my first payment be made, is it 60 days?
    2) I recently received a message stating that I was eligible to complete Page Quality rating pages, was this due to my standard of work or is it just an extra set of tasks that you can complete after a certain period of time?

    Thanks in advance!
  • For what it's worth, I've just had my February timesheet approved. This calls for a cup of coffee!

Has anyone been paid for January? Although I no longer work for Lionbridge they still owe me some money. They approved my January timesheet and an invoice was generated but I haven't been paid and I haven't heard anything form them.
    Don't mess with pensioners.
  • Phew my first timesheet has been approved too :D

Am in a similar situation but also worked half of February (just had that approved too!) Payment isn't due until 13th so I'm not panicking JUST yet!!

This poor old lady has looked at the bottom right hand corner of her screen and realised it was only the 12th today. I thought it was the 13th!

Nothing yet - usually you get the remittance email first and then pay a few days later.
