anyone any idea how long it takes to hear back from an application? do they e-mail you back if you are unsuccessful?? thanks

I applied on 30th July, got an email on 8th August thanking me for my patience as they've received an unprecedented number of applications for the internet assessor role, and have heard nothing since then.

No, I haven't had any problems. It might be best to email them - hope you get it sorted soon.

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO TAKE TIME TO POST COMPETITIONS

I've just checked - I received the exam info a week after submitting my paperwork (to my gmail account). HTH.
  • Hi all

Just submitted an application for an internet assessor - fingers crossed I get in! Will be popping back on for chat, tips and advice (if allowed!) if I get through to the next round.

    Many thanks
  • hello everyone. great thread! very helpful, thank you!
i've been scheduled for an exam, and waiting for their e-mail.
this whole waiting process is so nerve-racking, though... especially because i have almost no information about the exam.
    i have a question:
my first language isn't english, and i'm aware that the exam will be in english and the work(rating) as well.
how about the websites i deal with? are they in english as well?
i've seen a lot of opinions saying how time consuming this job is, and i'll probably need twice the time if i have to work in english sites..
couldn't find no (absolutely none) info in my country's portals about LB or LF. this makes me even more nervous!
  • Has anyone heard about their timesheet yet? I had an email on the 1st Sept saying I was 3 hours over expectation and then another email on the 2nd saying it was a mistake (which I knew it must be). Still haven't heard about approval though...
