Hi,

I took the Certification test almost 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back from them, do they normally email you to say if you have passed or failed?

The strange thing is that I did have loads of the same type of work the other day that had been in the certification test so wondering if I have passed and they just havent told me.

I just checked and I did receive an email telling me I'd passed. I think it was a few days after I started seeing those types of task available.
I still haven't been paid for mine though. The invoice was generated on 27th July after passing the test in June, so I assumed I would receive the payment in August but only received the normal monthly payment...:(

They add the bonus amount onto your monthly payment, so it won't be two separate payments. Have you compared your invoice amount to the amount on the remittance email?

I've just had an email reply from them, saying I will receive the bonus payment with my July payment on 9th September
It must have been too late to include it with my June payment..

Yeah, booked myself in for that pretty quick. I havent done a webinar yet as the requirements always say a microphone etc. Does anyone know if we need to speak, or are we just listening. My email link has included a telephone number so may have to use that.

I havent had that email but I did do a Webinar yesterday out of choice.

You only need to speak if you want to ask a question. I stayed quiet throughout mine
