lightspeed/gacela help!

Hi guys, foolishly installed this software sometime ago, now very dubious about what it collects after a recent facebook hack.
Noticed another thread here on MSE about other lightspeed/mysurvey members who also had this program this and uninstalled it, my problem is i can't uninstall, when i try it says "cannot find gacela.msi" and won't continue without it. File is not on my computer and can't find it anywhere online.

Can anyone help?

I can't help but have you tried asking on the techies board on here? they have always been really helpful when I had computer issues. Also, try emailing lightspeed/gacela and seeing if they can help, failing all that, try google.

But the reason you probably didn't get any replies is because this is the freebies board, people come here to see the freebies, if you get stuck and need help, its best to look for the appropiate forum rather then the ones with the most traffic, that way it doesn't get peoples backs up, if you use the forums correctly, most people will want to help!

Hi, thanks for reply, i tried in this section first because i found an old thread(while googling my problem) about lightspeed/gacela here, have already emailed lightspeed but no reply yet.

Will try the techie board next if i don't get any reply from my email.

Revo uninstaller has worked in similar situations with me when windows add/install fails, but tou have to be very, very careful using it to make sure you only remove what you want to remove!

Thanks, have already tried revo, said same thing tho, still wants that gacela.msi file.
