Northern Rock Together

Evening All,
Just wondered if anyone had any input on my query. I am going to see a broker (whole of market and fees free!) on Tuesday but after an initial chat with them they have said that the NT Together mortgage might be a possibility.
I have been DWD for some time, and they suggested using the unsecured element of this mortgage to roll up my debts, but they said in doing this NR woould not take into account my current debt repayments when assessing affordability.....is this true? I can see how this kind of makes sense but wondered if anyone had any more knowledge on this one?
Also, did my Experian Credit Score thing a couple of days back and got 804 - anyone know what NR would class this as? I've no missed payments, CCJs or anything of the like and I know that the Experian score is only predictive.
Any inout greatly recieved as always,
Thanks.

NR is very picky and only like people with perfect credit records. So it all depends on that. And of income etc. As lond as you have no defaults CCjs ect then maybe it might work.
The only way to find out is to get a decision in Principle.0 -
Thanks for the reply. I had heard they can be picky, especially over the unsecured element, and rigthly so I guess. It's just havingto wait until Tueday to find out that I don't ilke!Total Debt as of January 2010: £61,234
