Glad you used the word "most" there... :P Personally, I knew their intended use, paid back earlier than agreed and walked away without any issues. Also saved incurring the horrendous monthly interest on my Vanquis card in the process... ¬_¬ :PMy posts are my own opinions based on my experiences and info gathered from sites such as this.
They are not a substitute for professional financial advice - but you knew that already didn't you?

You can't really blame people for being shocked at the high APRs of these loans. Most people who take Payday loans have no idea what they are to be used for or how to deal with them, it's just easy money.
But you can blame people for being sensationalist and overly dramatic, not searching forums for identical posts and assuming that they were the only one who saw the APR figure on TV and need to inform the rest of the world.....
