I've had completely the opposite experience- placed 3 separate orders late Sunday afternoon- used FD code and they were with me lunchtime Monday! I was a little taken aback to say the least! Hope you all get it sorted.

I tend to get my items delivered to store for pick up now. That way if anything is damaged/missing etc I can sort it out straight away.

Picked up two beautiful dresses for my granddaughter this week.Would have cost me £36.50, but with the sale, discount and cashback came to £9.48 for the two.
  • Just an update. I made 3 seperate orders one and a half weeks ago and had dispatch emails for all 3 orders last monday.

Things that i had ordered included office chairs, dishes and other household items. Since monday i have been clicking on the link to trck these items but it has not changed from order created (or something like that).

So i rang today, only to be told that when i orderd that these stock were no longer available and i should have been told and i was refunded.

but why on earth send out a dispatch email if there is no stock. they are a shambles and are as worse as M&S, with online order
:confused:I say im a moneysaver, my family think im a cheapskate!
