Woolwich Overcharge

Hi

I dont know of this has happended to anybody else?

I have a fixed rate mortgage, all upto date no arrears. In November The Woolwich decide to take an extra £196 without notice. I phoned and they advised this was a mistake and the amount would be credited from December payment.

December payment another £196 extra taken again. I spoke too the bank without any joy.

I then went in to the branch and have recieved one refund and they agree the second refund will be paid.

I have not been credited with the second refund and have now received a letter advising my account is not in credit and they will not refund the overpayment.

I received no notification regarding this extra payment, the customer service people tell me the refund is on its way but i cannot get them to complete the tranaction.

Has anybody else had this problem and if so how did you get it resolved?

Thanks
