    Just shattered, but ok:Db I am having to do my planning/paperwork for some revues which is late for me, as another meeting tonight. I could have sent my apologies, but i thought it would be useful for me, so i went.

    He really didn't have a choice:o It was that or i make good on my ultimatums.:o
    I do think he feels better for it as well, he is more in control of his decisions and seeing a positive benefit for it. It isn't all plain sailing but it is a good start..more focused.
