Savings on memory upgrades for Intel Macs

I heard on a recent "BritishMac" podcast, that RAM chips for Intel Macs were very reasonably priced at PC World. When I bought my IMac, I did not get the factory installed upgrade because I was pretty sure I could do better than the Apple price, and it would have added to the delivery time. I was not really expecting to get a good deal from PC World. However I saved £20 versus the prices quoted on the Crucial and Mr Memory websites. I ordered the memory (1Gb PC2-5300) on line for store pickup at PC World (saves £5 on store bought price). Got it today and installed it into my Imac in 10 minutes. You probably can buy cheaper if you search harder on the internet, but it is nice to get a good deal from a bricks and mortar shop.
