New Look - Refund Question

Hi,
I hope someone can help!
I bought a pair of shoes from New Look last Sunday and I absolutely love them although they feel a tiny bit too big and was contemplating on whether to take them back to see if they'd got the smaller size (they didn't have a smaller size when I originally bought them).
Anyway, I paid £24.99 for them, and have just looked on the website and they are now reduced to £14.99
If I return the shoes, will they refund me the £24.99, and then I can go to another New Look store and buy the shoes in a smaller size for £14.99???
Thanks!

As long as you have your receipt you will get back what you paid for them0 -
But if you have worn them I'm not sure they would be so happy to take them back - it's like if you were buying a new pair of shoes, would you want a pair that someone else had been wearing around for a few days?Shin: a device for finding furniture in the dark.0

I've not worn them! I've only tried them on, they are still in the New Look bag!! Just couldn't decide if a smaller size would be better or if I could put up with them being ever so slightly too big!!! x0 -
hi
i was caught out by new look this year
they have a new rule in our local store of no refunds on sale items, i bought 2 coats on xmas eve when they were just putting the sale on and the manager allowed a refund after i made a fuss because the rule started after xmas, the signs were so tiny i am sure loads of people may have got caught out by this this year
of course it may not apply to online shopping
you might want to try and return the others before buying some more or check the refund policy of the reduced ones just in case you can't return the others
hope that makes sense!GRATITUDE WHEN GIVEN, PATIENCE WHEN DENIED
Please press the thanks button when someone has helped!0 -

In that case it should be much easier to return them - trying on shoes is ok and expected, it's just that once they've been worn and walked around outside then they are never quite the same again.
If you bought it in the sales they might have a no refunds policy as user celebrate mentioned, but even so they should at least take them back in exchange for store credit. They might refuse at first, but just persist and make it look like you wont go away until the matter is settled and hopefully they'll come to some kind of compromise with you.Shin: a device for finding furniture in the dark.0 -
I've never had any problems taking things back to NL.You may as well try and rebuy them, or even ask instore if you can do that as they have gone down?0
