Amazon Market Place sellers always seem about the best priced for memory cards.

But keep your eyes out there also - I bought one and it was a fake. Seller offered to take it back without any hassle though. I've found it fine so far using it most weeks.

Depends who you buy it from I suppose. I got one from Amazon Marketplace and it was properly packaged, sealed and certificated and has been very good. It was also about a third of normal prices.

got 3 fake memory cards, all work good if not better than the sony official one.

never had one problem. bought a 2gb fake on ebay for £24.

its funny how they actually have more memory space than the real ones. real one was 949mb (1gb) fake one was 979mb (1gb).

Have you actually tried filling it up with 1gb's worth of stuff?

I have bought 3 cards from ebay. I "thought" they where all genuine. It wasnt until the most recent one I bought started playing up I investigated further. Looking at it compared to the first 2, it looks alot cheaper, the connections on the back are smaller and slightly differenct colour, and the text that is supposed to be etched on the back, has been printed on and is barely visable. All 3 are from the same seller "HGB_UK" he has made no effort to reply to my emails and I have reported him to ebay - Stear clear of him.
