I hate to bring a note of pessimism to your generous thread but I remember reading a while back that mobile phone companies keep a record of who they send their free sims to.

If you give away sims to strangers who then use them to break the law they could be traced back to you.

I doubt any of the good folks here would use the sims to stalk etc but you should be careful and keep records of who you send sims to
