I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who contributes to these posts, I've just spoken to CCCS and did the online debt remedy and have taken the first steps towards setting up a DMP. :embarasse I don't feel as relieved as I thought I would but I'm hoping I feel better once I know my creditors have been told. Well done Sarah stand up for your rights do not be intimidated by debt collection activities, and yes there are some people within companies who are ok. You have started on a road to sort your problems so don't get upset remain strong and you are not alone in these problems, more and more I think.
