looking for a new morgage deal

in Mortgages & endowments
we are with northan rock and have one of their together morgages we have £104,000 morgage with a £16,000 loan and we have come to the end of our fixed tearm and northan rock can no longer offer us another deal so we was wondering who would be best to see about getting a new morgage/if we can get a new morgage deal as we are looking to move home

    Can you be more specific as to why they will not offer you a new deal?

    Majority of NR Together people have no equity, it being a 125% product. Let's face it since NR went tits-up, most 100% mortgages are in negative equity.

    If you have no equity, you will find no 100% mortgages out there, even assuming you could offload the loan in some fashion.

    Unless you have a chunk of cash stashed away?

    If you sold would you end up with enough money for at least a 10% deposit on your new house? If not then I'm afraid your options are limited. Go and see a mortgage adviser for advice.
